Rin Kagamine - Tsumugi Uta Pastel WIP

This is one of my first trys using pastel pencils~

I've been working on this drawing for the past week and it's still a WIP but I absolutely love how well it's come out so far~

The original picture was from the song "Tsumugi Uta"

It's a truly beautiful song and I never get tired of listening to it~~

I still need to add in the er hu, shade in the chair and then add all of the darkest parts of the shading to finish it off~

I tried to make Rin look a lot more realistic in this drawing~ Recently I've been practising realism to help improve my manga drawings~ I'm really seeing improvements and I can't thank my art club teacher, Alfred (not America XD I wish), for all the help he's given me~~

Once again I apologize for poor picture quality~ My webcam sucks and I have yet to get a new scanner. I tried to make it better quality in picmonkey but no idea whether it worked~

Rin Kagamine is from Vovaloid and is owned by Yamaha
